I called them with a water problem in my basement. I thought it might be my drain from my kitchen sink. It was old cast-iron. The lady on the phone was very professional and very polite. I told them next week would be fine. I got a call from one of their plumbers the same day. He spoke with me, said he would like to come and take a look. He quickly identified the problem. Good honest company. E&M is the only company I trust to do electrical and plumbing work at my house. They will fix your issue properly and won’t try and upsell you everything like Airserv.
I needed my home connected to water at the road. E&M was responsive, professional, and was a very reasonable with their rates. As we move forward building our house, I will ask that our General Contractor to use them as much as possible.
