I called for an estimate on joists and a subfloor in a room with a concrete slab floor. He scheduled an appt. the coming Friday. I stayed home all day and never heard a word from him. Early the next week he called to "confirm" our appointment saying it was the coming Friday. Stayed home again and once more heard nothing. No call or even a text! Beard and Son Construction is the best, had different projects done, fence, enclosed our lower deck installing a barn door, put railing up on very steep out side steep steps. My favorite thing he did was our beautiful deck. With my idea and telling Dean what I would like he made my dreams come true. He is very professional, takes pride in what he does and gets you a bid quickly. My deck is amazing he tied both the new deck and old deck together, I would highly recommend Beard and Son, very talented and professional.
