RecommendedI was very surprised last night. I hired this group to help replace pole and transfer 2 services. They started at 730 am and didn't leave until 6 pm. Al called personally and was upset that service was not re connected by 7pm. National Grid was pulling in driveway as we spoke. Although house was cool; they had us warm by 10 pm . I can't thank you enough for the service. The personal touch of calling us is something that most companies have forgotten.
