Terrible experience with beards. Called them out on a weekend for an emergency repair to water mains. Noticed the repair leaking the next day and informed them. They sent a different tradie out to have a look, did nothing. Received a late notice for the invoice. Let them know I'd pay when it was fixed. After 5 weeks of back and forward sent an email to say I wouldn't be paying if wasn't fixed that day. Disappointed in the way they approached the problem and their knowledge. Spoke to the boss man about my concerns and all he could do was use profanity. Unwilling to admit any fault whatsoever.
Daniel and Bailey installed a Dry Pan repair. Daniel was excellent with his explanation to me. Both Daniel and Bailey completed the job efficiently. They were both polite, courteous and represented Beards Roofing and Plumbing well. Happy to recommend Beards to anyone needing this type of work/repair done well. Photos of work completed were shown to me on the job and sent by email.Thank you.
