Absolutely a great business to deal with. Etienne delivered my tractor today in -25 degree weather as promised. With a smile and kind treatment. Did I mention I’m more than a hour away from their shop? The road leading to my home is private and thus was not prepared at all for his delivery vehicle. This was my fault. Local Kioti dealer. Everyone has been very helpful with my multiple concerns being a new tractor owner. From the service tech who came to my home in spring to tune things up and run through badic operstions with me, to the parts department who quickly answer questions and finally the manager who is also always quick to help and demonstrate equipment.
