Today we collected my husband’s watch, which had been ordered in for us, by Bethany, a few weeks ago. From start to finish, Bethany has been a pleasure to deal with. Purchased my fiancées engagement ring from beards simply thanks to the service and support they offered, absolutely incredible. Have now been going back for years for numerous items. A special thanks to Dawn who recently put together our bespoke wedding bands, she kept us updated the whole way through, answered any questions we had promptly and managed to keep our little one entertained through our meetings!

Absolutely appalling company. Broke the dial on my Omega watch during servicing. Replaced dial with a different colour dial saying unfortunately not possible to get original colour dial. This turns out to be untrue. My watch can be sent back to Omega Switzerland to have the original coloured dial fitted but at my cost. However they cannot give an estimate of the coat before seeing the watch. If the price of replacement is prohibitive and l say no then as l refused replacement cost I have to pay £150 to get my watch back. The... read more
