I changed my auto insurance to Allstate a few years ago, to save me more money on my monthly payments. Allstate claimed, that for every year that I don't have any claims, my premiums would go down. I have not seen a reduction in my premiums yet.

I’ve reached out about a file need to be filed the person who works here have all my information wrong I told her my info she tells me I’m not in the system when I just paid my insurance few days ago I been on the phone 40 mins not be helped if u need help and Rachel is the agent just hang up she is going to give you the run around smh

I had a very disappointing experience with Bearden Insurance Group. In the beginning, everything was smooth—they were helpful with getting me car insurance quotes, and I signed up easily for both car and renters insurance.
