Yesterday, this establishment refused to cut my wife’s hair. She was welcomed, asked to take a seat, but as soon as the staff realized she was a woman, they told her to leave. She left feeling extremely upset and disrespected. It is unacceptable that a business located near Oxford St — an area known for its diversity — would treat customers this way. At the very least, one would expect such a place to hire staff who can show respect to all people. Terrible service and prejudiced!
