Food was amazing, but whoever sets pricing, this is Hampton, not Manhattan. $6.50 for a single apple fritter means many will only go there once rather than making you a go to spot.
Was so disappointed. Originally, i tried the BBC chocolate chip cookies at the Seafood Festival booth in Hampton and fell in love. But, when i went to try their sweets at their Hampton bakery location, they sucked. I ordered a cookie and cupcake and iced coffee, all terrible. The person working there was so not very nice and unhygenic. They dropped their glove, picked it up off the floor, and proceeded to grab our pastries from the glass case with that same glove.
Go here and try the whipped coffee. Soooo good. I wish we got to try some baked goods bc the bread pudding looks delish.
First thing I tried was the iced coffee, which tasted cheap and slightly bitter. For me, a good coffee is a must for a bakery, so not off to a great start. We got three different pastries and they all tasted flat. They lacked salt and butter, and just all around were missing any rich flavor. Plenty of sugar though. It just wasn’t balanced. They looked good, were baked well, but the flavor wasn’t there.
Awesome local place that has great breakfast and lunch sandwiches, specialty coffees and drinks and fantastic baked stuff like cupcakes, cakes, cookies, etc. I love their salted Carmel whipped coffee! It’s mainly a takeaway type place but they have some seating and tables where you can eat or relax while waiting. Anyway, absolutely worth a visit!
