This was my second time coming to this Beard Papas. The first time was at a different location and it was amazing. I came here and immediately noticed that the door was broken badly which I find very unprofessional and ghetto. You would think that being a business you would want to get it fixed. The staff (2 women) were unfriendly as no one coming in was greeted, which is something you would expect. I waited for about 10 minutes until I got helped. Some pretty fire cream puffz
Review is for food only. Not store or service. Heard good things about Beard Papas snackies . Since I happened to be in Old Town Pasadena, and discovered there was one. It's not on the main strip so I almost missed it. Food: Cream puff (original) - this was the item that I wanted to try out since it's their main seller. It was difficult to speak with staff and order with plexiglass and other clutter in the way. Food is to-go only and the fillings come out on your fingers when eating but no napkins were included in the bag. The eclairs were good and felt reasonably priced, but with the frustrating service quality I probably won't bother returning.
