The customer service was excellent, especially thanks to the lady who handed me my order. I will definitely return soon for more mash puff!
First time going it was great and the matcha filling is amazing
Please train staff better. A dozen means 12 pieces. The cashier didn’t know what a dozen meant and charged me for 6pcs, but no receipt was given so I didn’t know until she handed me the 6pcs. I asked her where’s the other half? She didn’t know. I then asked can she ring me up then for the missing 6pcs, she tried to charge me for SIX DOZEN puffs—$49!!! It went from $8 to $49. She didn’t know what she was doing. Please help the staff understand numerical numbers.
Glad they have one in Cerritos! Always fresh and always friendly and helpful associates. The only caveat I have is it's a lil pricey. Maybe of you give really good deals often it will compensate that. Jist a suggestion. But if you've had Beard Papa's you already know that! Thanks BP Team!
