I purc hased a marine a/c from them online and spoke to a guy named Mike and assured me that the product would ship on the day I ordered it but the product didn't ship and I had to wait the weekend till Monday to call and find out why and they said that ups didn't come pick it up. They said it would ship on Monday and by 4pm it still hasn't shipped. To future buyers of product this company sells don't believe what the sales rep tells you.
