Absolutely the best service department in NW Florida. Kevin the service manager helped me immediately upon arrival and explained proper maintenance procedures to keep my machine running better and longer.
I have stayed away from Beard in Pensacola as my experiences over the past couple years have been poor. I still get my blades from them. I am female and 60 plus years old. I picked up some mulching blades and a front tire for my ztrack 335 E and had a question that the parts guy couldn’t answer so he sent me to service. I met Kevin who is now the service manager and he talked about how he is changing the way service is experienced by customers so I thought I would try them out gain. One of the employees keeps using the mobile work phone to text my family to bother us, following me around town recording me with his personal phone. Getting sick and tired of this. That person needs some help.
