Steve and Ashlee are absolutely great people. Steve contacted me right after receiving the plans, and went over what we wanted done. They were very quick to get the finished product back, and kept up great communication throughout the process. Great experience. Clear and timely communication, transparent pricing and excellent results. We had much of the floorplan in draft form but needed someone to help with the exterior and look over our shoulder to make suggestions and to ensure it was buildable and create contractor-ready plans to simplify the construction process.
We had the best experience using Beard Drafting & Design on our home. We went in with a minimalistic mindset knowing we had a small square footage to squeeze four bedrooms and a mudroom in ..and they made it the best layout we could think of! Very knowledgeable on design, fast, easy to work with, easy to communicate back and forth with. A wonderful experience! Use these guys for all your drafting & design needs!
