The older lady with the blonde hair and pinkish stripe in her hair is horrible. We’ve gotten her twice now and she has made hateful comments both times towards my 4 year old son who is scared of haircuts. She is rough on purpose if kids get on her nerves. We patiently waited two hours and paid $25 for this hair cut while 3 people cut in line in front of us because it’s not regulated at all who actually goes next and then to get treated that way is just really hard to swallow. After waiting in line for hours and having someone cut in line 3 different times, she begins the interaction with a horrible attitude. Then she was extremely rough while cutting my child’s hair pushing his head down moving it roughly from side to side.
