I just had a facial with Melanie and it was absolutely amazing. From the consultation to the customized facial. Great attention to detail.
The hair salon was very nice, everyone was super nice and sweet, and I really liked my haircut and blowout. Thanks to everyone, and especially to Karly, who cut my hair.🫶 I was more than happy , definitely give it a try if you’re looking for a hair salon! -Alessia
First time here & pretty much a very disappointing experience from start to finish!!! Will not be returning to this salon again. A complete waste of time. Would not recommend this salon to anyone. Front end staff need some major training in customer service. Would have been fine if I wasn’t given misleading information at time of booking the appt. All of this could have been avoided if the front end staff were trained properly.
Exemplary customer service! Very easy online booking system with many options based on type of cut desired. Friendly and very responsive when calling. It's a really pleasant atmosphere in a new building, with plenty of easy parking near by. They have salon products which are a bit expensive, but mostly in line with what you'd expect for salon quality products. The stylists themselves have been excellent for myself and my daughter (13). Right when you walk through the door you are offered refreshments (water, tea or coffee), lovely ambience, staff is welcoming, always smiling. Meranda is the best hair stylist I have ever had! She is so accommodating, friendly, and an expert in her craft. Appointments never feel rushed with her, she gives you her full attention - hard to find a hairstylist that is so well rounded. 10/10 salon experience every time. :)
