I would like to leave a better review, but unfortunately I had a few negative experiences with this salon. First, they requested pre-payment over the phone in advance of booking a routine appt. Second, when I was able to get a appt my hair colour was lifted several shades lighter than we agreed to, not toned, and was very damaged from the extreme color processing. I come here once a week for a wash n style on my short very curly hair into sleek beautiful zero-volume straight style and I LOVE IT! I have used almost every stylist and i love them alllll! Beautiful salon, very warm and welcoming & I leave looking and feeling amazing everytime
I had my eyebrows shaped and tinted by Jas, and I am absolutely in love with the results! She listened to exactly what I wanted and gave me the perfect shape that suits my face so beautifully.
