I really liked how Lindsay was able to communicate clearly to me about the storage rentals. The atmosphere inside was very friendly and professional.
Marcie was super nice and made the rental process super easy. She patiently walked me through every thing I needed as I was renting out of state. Then when I was moving my things out of storage, Lindsey, who also is very sweet, walked me through everything again. I would be moving out on a Sunday when they’re closed. She made sure I was comfortable with everything. The storage facility is super clean. I would totally recommend this facility for your storage needs.
LOVE THIS PLACE!! I can't believe I hadn't found this sooner. Bearcat storage is bigger that the one I moved from, is well lit, I feel safe there and it's 10× cleaner. Marcie in the office is so sweet and very accommodating. They actually communicate and send me informative text messages. My last storage hardly ever had anyone in the office, insulation constantly falling into my things, the security gate was always broken and wide open, and at the last place the people in the office were quite rude.
