I was referred to Bearcat, and the owner Joe took awesome care of me! With a big trip to the West coast looming large, he took me in as a priority, and repaired my broken spokes which kept popping off, installed some new tires, and metal stems for my 2016 Yamaha Super Tenere. Although I live down the block from SunCycle, I will make the 30 min trip to Joe from now on because he runs a great, clean, and organized shop in a residential location in Jackson. My personal experience with BearCat Racing LLC was not a positive one to say the least... I talked to one of the owners about some very simple work that I wanted done and I was giving a quote. I decided to get the work done and I excitedly dropped my bike off. About a week later I got a call from the other owner telling me that my bike was ready to be picked up, but they wanted almost $300 over what was quoted, I was speachless...
