JR was fantastic, great communication and got the job done quickly!
They were extremely responsive to my emergency situation. The technician, Hunter, was very courteous and explained all potential charges ahead of time. He was able to resolve my issue quickly, and thankfully, it was not the expensive option! They do share a picture of the technician that is coming to your house by text so it is a good safety measure.
I was notified by the City that I had a water leak. I called Bearcat and they sent out a great tech, JR that same day - he quickly helped us diagnose the leak was inside the home and most likely a slab leak - they got me in touch with a leak specialist that was very qualified and he determined the source.
