I would highly recommend Bearcat plumbing! Hunter was amazing and did such a great job. The owner went above and beyond to help with my situation. I will definitely be using them again.
Bearcat Plumbing figured out my problem zippity split. Was getting a couple of error codes on my tankless water heater regarding the igniter. Ended up being something different. Problem resolved. JR was the plumbing technician that came out to my home. Didn't try to sell me a bunch of BS. Told me what I needed to know. He was very knowledgeable, respectful and efficient in his work.
New house and various things need to be added/fixed. J was really nice, patient, and helpful as we showed him around and discussed future services. Update: water softener and RO filtration installation went really well!
I couldn’t be happier with the service. They understood the urgency of the situation and responded quickly. Within an hour we had diagnostic results for our water heater.
