My vintage conservatory window finally bit the dust. It was about 2 weeks away from collapsing in a heap on the driveway. Bear came to the rescue. They put a rush on the window and installed it yesterday. We're very happy with it. The process was easy, friendly, and efficient. The window is great. I thought I would miss my old one but I like this one so much better. Couldn't recommend them more. Will definitely use them for future projects. Old houses. Wood windows. It's inevitable.
Martin Park and his team are AWESOME! Our project faced severe delays due to HOA regulations, but Martin was incredibly responsive and always kept the lines of communication wide open. He was professional and went beyond helpful. The office staff and the crew who completed the installation were friendly and pleasant to work with. I am incredibly grateful I chose this company. They deliver stellar customer service and a high-quality final project. Highly, highly recommend!
*Updated review* initial install didnt meet my expectations and bear windows agreed, they took full accountability of that and went above and beyond to remedy the situation. The gentleman that came out today 17JUN26 was very understanding of the shortfalls and identified some things even I didn't see and decided to make a call and get the issues resolved for me, far exceeding my expectations. Job is 90% complete will update further went complete.
