The gentleman that came out today 17JUN26 was very understanding of the shortfalls and identified some things even I didn't see and decided to make a call and get the issues resolved for me, far exceeding my expectations. Job is 90% complete will update further went complete.

This review is solely based on their inspector Joey and their customer service as we were not able to move forward with installation bc they didn’t have the right windows required by our HOA. But Joey and the people I’ve spoken to at Bear are very knowledgeable, organized, kind and very helpful. Their prices are also very reasonable, one of the best prices I’ve encountered. Joey was very pleasant to work with and went above and beyond for our quote and pictures of their products for our HOA.
