Our family received remarkable assistance during our most difficult time. This talented group of professionals provided everything needed. They brought medicines and supplies and even arranged for a remote-controlled hospital bed. They provided consistence visits and timely help. I was most impressed with their listening skills; they truly took the time to listen and understand our needs. By listing to us they were able to match services to our needs.
Bear Valley Hospice is truly a group of angels. I honestly don’t know how our family would have gotten through my mom’s passing without them. Nurses ignore you if you dare to stand up to them, doctor never sees you, even if you have a medical reason, discharge you for not dying fast enough, but refuse to chart anything you tell them that shows your condition is worsening.

Our family was fortunate to find Bear Valley Hospice at a time when we were desperately needing help. From the first phone call their amazing staff were there for us and our loved one. The transport drivers gave our family member the time he requested to rest outside for a bit when he arrived.
