Showed up at 430 on Friday with a broken bike and no appointment - I really needed new handlebars and a brake, but I wanted to ride the weekend, so Derek stayed late and fixed my bike - Except for the different grip on one side that he had to replace, you couldn't tell anything ever happened. Then he charged me almost nothing, I couldn't believe how well he treated me. Thx Bear Valley Bikes!! Long live the Hermonator!!!
Great bike shop! Stopped in for some help with new tires and Derek dropped everything he was doing to help me out and get my bike back ready to ride.
I have been looking for a good full suspension bike for my son for a long time and they had exactly what I wanted. They also fixed my bike on the spot! So impressed. Anyone that bikes in Big Bear should know about this place!
Very cool little bike shop and Derek the owner is a chill dude. He also designs and builds his own brand of bikes that look super sick. Gave a very good price on a full face helmet and honest assessment and advice on my son's bike's brakes
Derek the owner and mechanic is amazing. He is excellent on bike repairs but also willing to share all his local knowledge about trails and riding. Also fair pricing and excellent work. Highly recommend.
