I brought my bike in to get new tubes. They had them in stock which made it so convenient. Derek went out of his way for me and lubed the chain and polished the emblems on my vintage bike. I felt so good to be able to ride it for the first time down the street. Definitely coming back.

The guys here are awesome! Woke up this morning to find one tire had a cut tube and a hole in the tire. Derek is super personable and knowledgeable and got us settled with new tires, a new tube, a tune up, and a new chain for a really good price. Would absolutely come back again!
Great, locally owned bike shop. This is what you would expect in a bike shop. Friendly, super knowledgeable, willing to help and answer all of your questions. This IS the place to go in Big Bear.
Rented 2 e-bikes here during my stay. I had an okay experience. Prices were a little steep imo. $50 per hr which were not clearly posted, they only had prices for the regular bikes. We brought 2 of our own ebikes but needed 2 more and the bikes were not the best. We had left the bike shop and not even 15min later, my brother tells me that his bike only had 1 bar left.
