Derek is the most knowledgeable bike mechanic I have ever met. There is a reason pros come here to get their bikes repaired and tuned. Within 10 seconds of Derek laying his eyes on my bike, he told me several potentially life-threatening things wrong with my bike that another bike shop hadn't caught earlier that morning. He noted faults that other bike shops had made in repairing my bike. Rented two bikes. Everything was smooth. Bikes are in great condition. Staff is very friendly and helpful!
I brought my bike in to get new tubes. They had them in stock which made it so convenient. Derek went out of his way for me and lubed the chain and polished the emblems on my vintage bike. I felt so good to be able to ride it for the first time down the street. Definitely coming back.
