Derek is the most knowledgeable bike mechanic I have ever met. There is a reason pros come here to get their bikes repaired and tuned. Within 10 seconds of Derek laying his eyes on my bike, he told me several potentially life-threatening things wrong with my bike that another bike shop hadn't caught earlier that morning. He noted faults that other bike shops had made in repairing my bike.
