Great, locally owned bike shop. This is what you would expect in a bike shop. Friendly, super knowledgeable, willing to help and answer all of your questions. This IS the place to go in Big Bear.
Rented 2 e-bikes here during my stay. I had an okay experience. Prices were a little steep imo. $50 per hr which were not clearly posted, they only had prices for the regular bikes. We brought 2 of our own ebikes but needed 2 more and the bikes were not the best. We had left the bike shop and not even 15min later, my brother tells me that his bike only had 1 bar left. I've been bringing my bike to Derek for years, he's the best bike mechanic on the mountain, hands down. He just wants you to be able to ride. He's not going to upsell you what you don't need. Don't hesitate to bring your bike here. Thanks Derek!
