Previously I went to another vet on Tuesday- he counted the sores on her face provided a steroid shot some antibiotics and sent us home on Friday. I called the office because she hadn’t gotten any better went back in. They looked at her and said make an appointment with a dermatologist. I made an appointment but couldn’t get in for almost 2 weeks. My little dog was suffering so I called another vet, Bear Valley animal Hospital, and she was seen on Saturday. Some reviews for Bear Valley Animal Hospital are negative, but that wasn’t my experience at all. They have a great system, especially considering how many pets they care for. They even tell you the best time to come so you’re not stuck waiting during busy pickup hours. I appreciated being able to talk to a real person instead of a machine, so waiting was never a big deal. Overall, they made the whole process smooth and stress-free!
So far, this is the best veterinary hospital I’ve visited in the high desert. The staff are very courteous and polite. They truly care about your concerns and your pets. They squeezed me in their busy schedule, addressed all of my pets needs and I was in and out in a reasonable amount of time. I am definitely coming back here for all of my fur baby’s needs. Huge thank yous to everyone involved for making my time here amazing.
The staff there was amazing with my fur baby and the prices for Care were soooo much more affordable than any other place I’ve been to in the High desert. The vet was kind and very informative also. Would HIGHLY recommend!!!!
Dr. Nicole Anderson did surgery on our little Chihuahua on Wednesday the 8th of October. She was very professional and kind to our Nacho. She explained in detail what was going to take place during the procedure. The Doctor was a great listener and addressed all of our concerns. We felt she was very thorough. Thank Doctor Anderson!!!! ( Nacho is already back to his old self )
