This vet does not care about your animal's health. After treating my dog for a week, when his incision burst open, I was told they would not see him and to take him somewhere else. See below: On October 11, 2023 my family adopted Duke from the Apple Valley Municipal Shelter. As part of the adoption process he was sent to BVAH to be neutered. I went to Bear Valley with my cat and had the same experience as others. Cost me almost $300.00 with no info on what was wrong with him. They wanted me to do more testing. Give me a break, I am not stupid!!! My cat needs to see another vet so that I can get the right Diagnoses. He is worse off then when I took him. SAVE TOUR MONEY AND DO NOT GO TO BEAR VALLEY!!! IT IS A RIPOFF!!!
My elderly mother took a stray cat in and paid over $700 for the cat to be treated for diabetes. When she called back because the instructions weren't clear on deliveriny the cats insulin the RUDE man answering her questions on the phone made fun if her because she didn't understand. This is unacceptable. We will be seeing you tomorrow.
