Read the review.Hmmm.... I read the review posted here & have to say that this isn't what I experienced.If anything Bear Valley made it clear to me that they didn't have time for me.they didn't even allow me to drop off my dog,even though he was vomiting.The woman I spoke with on the phone was snotty & rude in the extreme.According to her,the doctor was too busy to see my sick dog.I would have been a new client.but I won't be going there knowing that they couldn't care less my pet.
So relieved to find a good vet! My husband and I have a rottweiler and he ate something we thought might be a little dangerous. We brought him to Bear Valley and were treated with care, respect and a helpful staff. They didn't have any appointments, but were very comforting and said we could leave him with them and in between other appointments the doctor would check on our dog and check him out. I was a little worried about him, so I called and the vet took the time to come to the phone and reassure me, ask me questions and... read more
Terrific vet clinic They have taken outstanding care of my pets and visiting pets of my friends. They diagnosed and saved my dog's life during a severe pancreatitis attack.
