This cabin is absolutely awesome! The location is perfect—just 40 minutes from the airport, so you’re not stuck on the road forever after a long flight. But once you get here, it feels totally secluded, like you’re in your own little slice of paradise. The stargazing is next-level. Sitting around the firepit at night, with zero light pollution, makes for an unreal view of the sky. If you love staring up at the stars, this is the place to be. Mornings are just as great. I really enjoyed my stay here - love the remote log cabin vibe with modern baths & kitchen! It was really nice that they provided some K-cups & creamers for me to get going in the morning. While it has pots & pans, plates, silverware, etc., I chose not to cook. If you visit, be sure to go outside at night and take in the nighttime stars - they're brilliantly beautiful out here!
My son and I recently had the pleasure of staying at the 2-bedroom cabin. It was very charming and log cabin-y but with all of the comforts of home. My family stayed in the larger 3 bedroom cabin and it was som amazing the cabin was super clean and had all the amenities of home. The property is very quiet especially at night and there is a beautiful stream that runs through as well. Tony, The on-site manager is really great and made sure our stay was perfect. I would definitely recommend staying here if you are visiting the area.
We stayed in the smaller of the cabins in July. It was super cozy and was stocked with everything you'd need for a comfortable stay. The on-site manager, Tony, was a joy! He was so knowledgeable on not only the surrounding area, but the history of it as well. A little bonus was the river being right over the hill and made for a great float day! We'll definitely be back!!
