Our was very nice cabin. we was excited to see that there was a Christmas tree in the cabin. The easy check in was awesome . We didnt have to contact anyone. Im sure if we needed anything then they would have been there for us. Nothing but good compliments from our family.
I booked a cabin with this rental company August 2025, January 2026 they canceled my reservation for no reason, no phone call, text or email. I just so happened to look at my reservation to show a friend to find it was not there. Rent at your own risk!!

1. Stink bug infestation. Owners said it’s “Smokey Mountains, stink bugs happen.” The issue of course they sprayed our pillows and sheets, and were on my face and left an acid burn on armpit. 2. Vent in kitchen was broken causing injury to toe. They didn’t address this at all. 3. Bear Tootin’ is a corporate entity. They care zero about your satisfaction and only offered to send maintenance to remedy the situation. We left and requested refund. They offered none of that. 4. 1. Bugs are normally not an issue. Unless of course they land on you whilst sleeping, in your clothes when you shower, and on your cups when drinking. Around 1:33 am, one was between my armpit and burned me when it got squished. Another at around 5:50 am, was on my face. I brushed it off and it sprayed on my pillow.
