I had a high end PA system that they made as good as new.
I went to Bear Tech because I wanted to support local businesses. My laptop frame was coming apart, and I was told it should be a relatively simple job to fix. I dropped it off on October 19th, and it is now November 11th. I have heard nothing about progress. Every time I call, the only response is the answering machine, which is now full. When I go in person, they are gone. If I do not get my computer back soon, I will have to take further action.
Fixed an electrical component that would have cost me almost $200 to replace for under $20. Very professional and friendly
