Becky was amazing there, I have been going here since birth and had to leave as SOME front desk staff are rude and unprofessional, this is the complaint of the whole town. There are two front desk staff who are amazing but unfortunately one bad apple ruins it for all. The french lady at the front is really ruining this clinic and after multiple issues ( with me and others) I had no choice but to go to Canmore to a new office. I hope management and ownership take this seriously and start hearing the complaints from the people... read more
Doctors in this clinic are very professional
I am Canadian and lived in Banff for 5 years and had 1 doctors here who was pleasant and believed when you were in pain ( Deano and he moved to NEW ZEALAND ) there is a nurse practitioner there named JANE who still gives me PTSD from the visits I had with her. she will tell you it's anxiety even if it's a fracture. she sent my friend away even tho she had a bleeding rectum and she was told it was anxiety... if you even shed a tear in front of her, she will try to prescribe you an SSRI!!!!!
