I contracted the solar system through Solar Sesame, and they used Bear Solar as a subcontractor. My system has been installed for over a year now and I have yet to receive any information or log in for the system to be able to monitor it. I also had to watch them install the system due to the fact that they didn't want to follow the plans and tried to install it on the wrong side of the roof.
