Loving the experience here. Coaches and members are welcoming and friendly. Tons of encouragement and helpful with modifications to meet you where you are at! Highly recommend!
Been back at it for about 7 months now and I'm loving every workout! The environment is friendly, energetic and motivated! The coaches are knowledgeable and push you at whatever capacity you're currently at! Love the group aspect while still having the competition agaisnt yourself. Highly recommend literally everyone to try!
Bear's Den Fitness is an amazing community oriented gym! Coaches guide you through each movement- modifying and scaling as needed, and members of every ability and fitness level support and uplift each other. There is also a dietician on staff who can work through your insurance to reach your goals. My daughters convinced me to join and now we all work out here together. Stop in and meet coach Jeff and the Bear's Den family!
Went to Bears Den to Provide a workshop about dry needling. The place was great, the community was a lot of fun, and the instructors are super knowledgeable.
