What else can you want from a road service besides small ETA, fast repair, honest people and good mechanic? Our truck wouldn't start, blocking entrance to Amazon facility, called Doug and he was there in less than 30 minutes working to solve the problem. Issue was bad starter + terrible ground cable from batteries to starter (they started the unit and advised driver not to turn it off until he reaches our shop in Chicago) Thank you Doug and Bear Roadside Repair team!
