Had my lab fixed/spayed and I was so impressed with how well they cared for her and how well they kept me the crazy fur mom informed on her progress from drop off to pick up and When I picked her up I could tell she had been in good hands! She also healed beautifully and being 6 years old and having had a few litters of pups I was concerned about that but with the care they showed her during and after procedure it made a huge difference and she was normal within a week and fully healed within 3 weeks id say. Dr Pam is the best! Been coming to BRV for 10 years. We have been through passings, new additions and regular vet visits. She has taken the best care of my domestic pet(s). She is thorough, compassionate and professional. Front desk is helpful and customer oriented. I moved out of state a few years and still brought my pet back to Dr Pam thats how much I appreciate her demeanor, experience and knowledge.
