The nurse practitioner could careless about your pain levels sometimes ibuprofen is not enough. That's the problem with doctors these days they think if you need pain meds you're just another dope feen although they aren't dentist tooth pain is the worst. I couldn't get into a dentist for a week and had to deal with pain because your pa thinks everyone just wants drugs. Choose a different profession if you're judgemental I wish I could give a negative star
