Save yourself and go ANYWHERE else! THE STAFF THAT WORK HERE WON'T EVEN BRING THEIR KIDS/FAMILY HERE IF THEY HAD AN EMERGENCY! The ER is horrible and they treat you like cattle. I had a big wound and they were *Researching* how to close it before sewing it up. Ya, the staff used trusty Google to figure out how to close a deep dog bite. I have come to this ER many times for my ongoing mystery chronic illness. They usually are very helpful and get me feeling better than I did when I came in. One time I went in and they insisted they perform a CT and found appendicitis and were able to get me into surgery that same night. I am very grateful for the good nurses and very thorough drs that do exist here. However, I went into the ER last night. The nurses and physician assistants were amazing. I was seen quickly and given great care and follow up instructions that lead to the proper treatment. I have seen numerous other medical providers where they are uncertain how to treat me and unfamilair with my condition. I am very grateful for this location and a PA that was on site that was well versed in the reasons for my visit.
We had to bring our 1 year old in recently. The staff was wonderful. They took us back to a room right away and did everything they could to make us comfortable, the nurse even tried to find me a change of shirt because my little one threw up on mine on the way in. We had the most attentive nurse and Dr Taylor was great at explaining things and giving us options on any tests and labs that we may want to do without being pushy.
Had a very good experience here the other day. if I do recall, my previous experience in 2022 was great as well. wait time was minimal and the nurses and Dr were so kind. I loved my experience.
