Great and nice place to stop by for my daughter’s stretching after a long road trip.
Awesome. $30 a month for the autopay membership, which includes access to the entire facility. Two weight rooms, one upper and lower, and 3 treadmills total. Good atmosphere, equipment is always clean, and the staff is always making sure there are towels/cleaner available for when you are done with an exercise. My only complaint would be the leg curl machine only maxing out at 210, but thats pretty heavy and excellent for endurance training for myself, and also that they close at 3pm on weekends.
