I have been a loyal custome for over 40 years with not one cliam, in August I experienced a hydroplane experience in Parleys and totaled my Truck, Bear River has been fantastic everyone was so nice and helpful, I was quickly able to get a fair pay out and get a new car for my situation. People always talk about you have one claim and the company treats you like a disease, not Bear River, they were fast, friendly and most importantly Fair. I will recommned them to family and friends that is how much I like this company.

Wow, over 20 years with them, now coming to a quick end. Used to be great rates but now it's a joke for just a "cut rate insurance Co". And yeah, the increases are the case everywhere out there, but our home insurance just jumped 120% and the auto now has a $2500 deductible up from $1K, as well as the premium increase. That's absurd! They increased my homeowners insurance by 39.5% for no reason other than "inflation." 39.5% for inflation is extreme. I've never had a claim nor given them any reason to increase my insurance. They also degraded the condition of my roof from "good" to "fair" in the course of one year despite no inspection being performed. My roof is only 8 years old. This is a scam.
