Bear River worked had to get my house back together after the water heater broke and flooded my basement.They made sure there wasn't any mold and that my basement got back together right. Thanks Bear River!
One of the worst insurance companies ever. I used to have a policy with them, then switched to another provider. A few months later I decided to come back to Bear River, which was a huge mistake. From the beginning , they didn’t connect my email to my policy, so I never received any confirmations or updates about my payments or account. Edit… Not so great after all. Homeowners insurance is a joke. Good luck getting your claims covered. We have been with them for over 10 years and had never made a claim until our roof was damaged in a storm. Their customer service changes real quick when you make a claim. They are rude, non-responsive and do not pay out claims although they should. This is typical for Bear River, ask any lawyer. Waste of insurance. Go elsewhere. Great service!
