The worst company that exists, they managed to be worse than the accident I suffered (and mind you, an F150 ran a red light and hit me, causing a rib fracture). I had to contact the other person's insurance company, and since there was no insurance, I had to use my own, which was the worst thing that could have happened. They have no empathy, no efficiency, and no responsibility towards their customers. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.
2 stars instead of 1 for the first little bit of a good experience and for my parents who had auto insurance through them for years and their agent James was great. My experience unfortunately dwindled quickly. James was unresponsive, even to trying to contact him to add and bundle renters insurance. The rates went up twice in the 2 years I had them, with no explanations why. Was in an accident a couple months ago and everyone was very kind and patient helping me through the claims process. Really made an unpleasant experience that much easier to get through.
