I have been with Bear River my whole life, home and auto. I've never had an accident or processed a claim. Back when I started here, Bear River was known for being great with their prices and a standup company that treated good responsible customers with fair pricing. This is simply not the case anymore. Fantastic and quick claim resolution. Took the car to your preferred shop, they emailed you the estimate, you made a decision of a total loss very quickly and because I had the title on hand, I had a check in hand the next day. Filed on Monday resolved by Tuesday early afternoon.
Update Review in 2025: 20 more claims added to my experience with this company. This company simply cannot handle its claims and is completely rendered incompetent when one hailstorm hits Utah County. I’ve had multiple claims waiting for 3-4 months to get their recoverable depreciation after the contractor completed work. Call the adjuster and they have no recollection that you’ve inquired about a claim every week for several weeks in a row about the status of the unpaid claim payment.
