Great insurance company! Other insurance companies should follow these guys lead.
WE had suffered a fair amount of damage in our basement and upstairs from a leaking Dish washer that had been leaking for some time, I contacted my agent and told me to contact a emergency repair company and even gave me a great suggestion. I contacted the company and explained what had happened and that I was with Bear Rive Insurance and they were able to send someone over quickly to begin the repair process. During the repair process I worked with the Disaster company and with Jodi of Bear River and both were very helpful.... read more
Not good to work with!
Nikia is our adjuster and has been terrible to work with. She never answers calls or texts from us or from the contractors working on our claim. Her lack of effort has left our bathroom unusable for months. When I tried to go above her and talk to her boss she would do one little thing. If this is the quality of their people I would go with a different insurance company.
