Very thorough in her directions for use, warranty dates, any issues with hearing device. She answered all questions I had and is super friendly and helpful; she makes you feel relaxed and happy!

Andrea is amazing! She listens to your concerns and does everything she can to resolve them. She is patient with letting you try different hearing aides to find the exact one you want. She also is very knowledgeable and can fine tune them using a device that I haven’t seen in other audiologist offices. I highly recommend seeing her!
