I booked a class for my wife for her birthday. Roxanne was a fantastic instructor, she prepared us before with a demonstration and then proceeded to guide us and direct us through our own process, always being within arms reach to step in with help and more direct assistance. The atmosphere is incredibly friendly so you don't feel insecure due to a lack of experience or knowledge. We have a 15 year old toy poodle that is blind.
