Dr. Jeff Wursten and his staff in Layton were great, and very patient with me. They knew that my insurance would end soon and they made time to squeeze me in to complete all of my dental work…They were all very welcoming as well…. Thank you D. Garcia
Worst experience in living memory 💯 I dentist 4 female assistants 1 patient be worked on we we arrived Receptionist had most egregious manners Entire staff acted like they didn't want to be there. Left my Son with Down Syndrome sitting in the exam chair 45 minutes waiting to be seen by the Dentist for information further appointments. He needed to have several fillings. WORST DENTIST EVER!!!!! HE LITERALLY BROKE MY TOOTH NEXT TO THE 1 HE WAS PULLING, PUT ONE OF MY TEETH IN THE WRONG SPOT ON MY BOTTOM PARTIAL DENTURE, MY PARTIAL BROKE IN HALF & BOTH TOP & BOTTOM DENTURES DONT FIT RIGHT, IF I TRY TO EAT ANYTHING SOFT OR HARD MY DENTURES POP OUT EVERYTIME & THEN HE GETS AN ALTITUDE WITH ME BECAUSE HE YET AGAIN WASTED MY TIME DRIVING 15+ MILES OUT FOR HIM TO TELL ME TO COME BACK A DIFFERENT DAY! ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE AT HIS JOB & WOULDNT RECOMMEND EVEN GETTING YOUR TEETH CLEANED AT THIS LOCATION!
Rude. How are they in business. Worst service I ever encountered!!! I made an appointment for my mom (new patient because we’re new in the area) and we sat in there for a half hour. One girl comes out and asks if I filled out the paperwork prior. I told her I didn’t so she sends me the link and it takes me 4 minutes to fill it out. Meanwhile the woman at the front desk doesn’t greet us, doesn’t say we’ll be right with you, doesn’t acknowledge us in any way… we’re just invisible. They are the best. Every visit reminds me why I am glad I was referred here. Every visit is extremely quick, professional work, I walk in the door on time straight into a chair and the Doc is there ready to go. Everything is super clean and they were able to accomodate my last minute changes in the visit when I was having a lot of pain. I Can't recommended them enough.
