Save yourself some time and NVER go to this ER, especially overnight. They only have 1 Dr at a time and they are lazy, don't wanna do paperwork, give tests or even do vitals. I have given this hospital the benefit of the doubt for too long and I'm done letting them gaslight me saying I'm fine or my baby is fine and I'm doing everything wrong. I should’ve paid better attention to all the bad reviews here and saved myself a trip. I took my daughter in for a simple ear ache. We saw Melanie C. Hughes and she just had her tested for strep which was negative. She couldn’t help in any way or advise what to do for the ear pain. Instead we were sent home and told to return if symptoms worsen. Now we’re at Ogden clinic in North Ogden and my daughter is getting treated for an ear infection. Such an easy check-in here and so efficient!
Worst care possible. Doctor can't recognize an ear infection, says it's nothing to keep giving Tylenol to our daughter even after we explained we had been doing that for the past 2 days. Just went to Ogden clinic in North Ogden and guess what it's an ear infection. If you actually want to get better from whatever you have I suggest you DON'T go here for medical care.
I have taken my family to this clinic for 25 years and have always received very good care. All of the providers listen. They are professional, kind, knowledgeable, and respectful.
There is absolutely no reason this clinic should have number one lost ANY patient's medical records just because the doctor retired but to then have the new doctor treat their patient like a pill seeking junkie?! Not everyone who is poor is a druggie. How can your facility be so utterly unprofessional?
