I first reached out to Bear Ridge on 6/13/25 after discovering he trained at NRVTA in Athens, TX (near our home town) a nationally renowned school. I was so excited to connect with this technician, as I know how rigorous their curriculum is. I was upfront and honest asking if he worked with warranty as our RV is still under manufacture and even extended warranty. He texted that he did work with warranty companies. Nacho did a great job. Needed to have some basic maintenance done and he was punctual and got the work finished in a timely fashion.

He specifically is an expert in AC repair diagnostics and has all the specialized equipment to do the job properly. Nacho doesn't guess; He is a professional.
