I worked with Bear Ridge Construction LLC on a new build, as the real estate agent. I am very impressed with their efficiency, completing work before deadlines, we were able to close on the new home before the scheduled closing date. Travis is quick to answer questions and has a solid knowledge of building, scheduling, and works well with local sub-contractors.
They take pride in their work!
Very inconsiderate of neighbors, they play loud music and when asked to turn down they argue that they don't have to. Asked to use headphones and the said it is only an 8. So take it up with the town. A boom box from the roof is loud, and the workers were very argumentative. This was on a Sunday after asking them repeatedly throughout the week.
