Jake did a great job. Thorough and efficient. Very happy with Bear Repairs plumbing service.
The repair man Jacob Mullen was excellent, a nice young man, did a good job on a fairly easy shut off valve. But, I feel that I paid twice as much,$294) or about double a fair expected price, just my take without knowing the plumbing pricing structure.
Once again Bear Repairs knocked it out of the park today. Jake delivered salt and discovered some settings that needed to be adjusted which will save me a ton of salt. Bear Repairs is the ONLY plumber I'll have in my home because of the impeccable integrity, knowledge and the fact that their trades are salaried, not commissioned so never any upselling. I can trust what they tell me. I consider myself so fortunate to have a LOCAL plumber that still values stellar customer service and outstanding trades.
Very kind and thorough and honest , will use again for future plumbing issues
