I appreciated that the technician was early, knowledgeable and efficient.
Very nice people and a positive experience - except for pricing. Bear has sadly become almost predatory in pricing. I paid $340 to have a wax ring replaced on a toilet. It took 14 minutes to complete. A wax ring with flange is less than $10. I was given an estimate of almost $3500-$4200 to replace a standard 50 gallon water heater. I had another company do it for about $2k. Aaron and Josh did a fantastic job replacing my old water tank with a new tankless water heater and also replaced my sump pump — all done quickly and efficiently. I was very happy with the service I received. The valves that shut off the kitchen faucet water were old and didn’t work well. I got new valves within an hour.
