Bear Repairs are very professional, honest, and knowledgable. I hired them to fix what I thought was an issue with a leaking connector piece where my water softener discharged water. I was referred to Bears by two different family members who had good experiences with them, but unfortunately I was left disappointed. I had them come out to give a quote (and then hopefully schedule) to have several valves replaced throughout my house. The plumber arrived and was already clearly flustered and said how busy he's been. That's fine, I grew up in a trades household so I get it.
