This really needs to be said.. Theres not many doctors, NPs or PAs that have time to give you undivided attention as they are so overwhelmed with patients. Francine York is one in a million, absolutely amazing. Francine takes the time to listen to all of your concerns and responds with care and compassion. Im so happy to be her patient especially in this ever changing world.. I do not know if Francine will ever read this but if so please know you are amazing..
Not what it once was. Side-businesses are perfectly legal, but the one associated with this one seems that's where much of this staff's focus has been on. It's a shame, medical world seems to trending in the concierge/VIP direction.
Would give this place zero stars if I could. My husband went back and forth with this place for 2 weeks about the medicine he received in the hospital when he was diagnosed with heart failure. He has been in the practice for 5 years and they not once did an eccg on him. So when they need to finally step up and refill the medication needed for his SURVIVAL, they only did half the order, then went on a vacation-the entire office!! With no on-call doctor?!? Great Group, always happy and helpful
One of the worst experiences I’ve had dealing with a primary in my life. I’ve been insulted, ignored, and brushed aside for reasons I’m not sure. Not even angry hence the 2 stars but disappointed as I have some medical things that need to be looked at as I get older. Now waiting for an appointment at a new primary which delays things but that’s better than dealing with this office. I went to this office based on online reviews and now I wish asked people around town for recommendations
