I hired Bear Owen Paving Company to pave my driveway and parking. I paid $20,000.00 with two years warranty. Within one year the entire surface were started to pill of like dry sand and river stones. When I called TJ the son in-law to please come to see what is going on, they never even answered my call and many calls after.
