Not only my rugs get perfect care and cleaning treatment at Bear, but Jeneill is a pleasure to deal with: always in a refreshing good mood, always has a minute or more to graciously answer questions. Jeneill is more than a pearl, and I highly recommend Bear carpet, who I have been using for years.
I was a little unsure of what to expect, I was quoted waay more at 2 different other shops for the cleaning of my rug, until I called Bear. I called 2 weeks later to see if it was ready, but Janelle told me she wanted to try a little more with a cpl of deep set in stains, so I said ok, and I was supposed to pick it up on Monday after work, but I had forgotten, Janelle called me asking if I was coming cuz she was waiting for me after hours! Had a medium sized oriental rug cleaned and everything went smoothly. Rug is clean and new looking, and the staff was friendly. Shout out to Jeneill.
The folks at Bear Oriental Rug Cleaning are super helpful and friendly especially MASTER RUG TECHNICIAN Jeneill (probably not her title, but should be) who treated a treasured family rug of mine as if it was far more valuable than it really is for a very fair fee. I could not be more pleased!
I apologize for the lateness in this review. On June 2nd, our Persian rug was delivered after it was cleaned at your facility. It was exceptionally done! Many guests have already commented on its transformation! I will recommend this business to my friends!
