James Murrell is such an outstanding and skilled professional. He treated my ankle injury and other issues that came up as a result of it, at Metro PT @ Mohegan Lake, with great knowledge, guidance and to great results!! He listened to my concerns and treated me holistically. He developed a plan that I could continue at home and I could see week to week the progress I was making under his care. I feel pain free and stronger and I would highly recommend him!! Vivian S

I first made an online appointment then I was notified I had to reschedule. At that point I decided to just go to the facility and make the appointment in person, which the person at the front desk, took all the information, including copies of the doctors prescription, copies of of my insurance card. And he set up 3 appointments. I go home and I find an incredible amount of forms to fill out on line. It must of taken me 30 minutes to complete. Never had to fill out that many forms in my life. Metro Physical Therapy is the best! I was at my summer home in the Hampton Bays on Long Island NY where I first found myself in need of Physical Therapy. (I live in Putnam County ) I didn’t really know the area so I called my insurance company who gave me a list of Therapy places where I would be covered. Metro was the closest so I went for an eval. I had a terrific experience working with Fiona. She was extremely knowledgeable about my injury and came up with a treatment plan that worked very well. She has excellent communication skills and is very well trained and educated in PT. The entire staff and front desk were very kind and personable. I would not hesitate to highly recommend Fiona and the entire staff.
