Service here was five star start to finish. The bar staff last night handled a huge crowd just the two of them with ease. The food was really good. I had the mozzarella sandwich for lunch which I highly recommend and a burger with fries for dinner. All cooked perfectly. An exceptional hotel with a calm and welcoming atmosphere. The room was spotless, spacious, and designed for comfort. Every interaction with the staff was positive and professional. The property itself was clearly well maintained, and the overall experience felt effortless and relaxing from beginning to end.
Way overpriced for what you get. The room was small, loud and dingy. The restaurant wasn’t good. The spa spelled like mold and sweat and wasn’t inviting at all. The actual massages that we got were great, so thumbs up to the staff on that. We were in a stone cottage and the people sharing it with us were up all night drinking and being loud. Had to complain at 2am. I wouldn’t recommend this at all. The hiking trails around the lake are lovey which is the only reason for the stars. West Point is this areas only saving grace.
Great location. Beautiful park. The room was good but the walls are a little thin (noisy). Staff was helpful and nice. And the price is competitive.
