After 2 months of computer, TV and electrical problems. Contacting Spectrum and our local utility and 4 different visits from them. We were still having a problem. We contacted Bear Mountain and when they sent out their service tech he found the problem within 45 minutes. The problem was resolved and no longer did we have an issues. The technician was very professional and explain to me what the exact problem was and how to rectify the problem. An hour later our local utility followed his suggestion and everything was fixed.
Couldn’t be happier with my experience with Bear Mountain Electric. From the first interaction when I called, all the way through until the job was complete. This is a professional outfit.
Bear Mountain came to our little cabin in the woods in Central Oregon to do a service change. They did all the leg work obtaining permits and contacting the power company. They were in and out in a day. They showed up when they said and did a great job. I would highly recommend them.
An electrician was supposed to head over to my rental house and call with an estimate 2/27. I called in the afternoon because I had a morning appointment and hadn't heard from them yet. At first I was told I wasn't on the schedule...okay...disappointing but I was scheduled for the following week during that phone call.
